My life has been dedicated to the cultivation of the creative spirit. I began teaching art and creative writing in1970.  In1978 I founded the Center for Creative Pursuits and continue to offer classes and workshops for people to explore and expand their creativity.  I strongly believe in the healing power of art, returning balance to our lives; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

​I am now able to dedicate more time and attention to my own artistic exploration and expression.  After spending a lifetime collecting all kinds of gifts from nature and gifts from human hands, photography has presented me with many opportunities to share them with others according to my vision.
